Protect Personalized Medicine
Voice Your Opposition to Proposed Legislation

The U.S. Senate will soon vote on a bill that could seriously restrict access to the personalized, compounded medications many patients depend on. Senate Bill 959 has implications for everyone, but it especially affects medications for:

• Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
• Chronic Pain Management
• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Pets

While Village Green believes that all patients have a right to access compounded medications that have been safely produced in sterile conditions, the proposed Senate Bill 959 does little to actually protect patients and is likely to reduce patient access to vital medicines through unnecessary regulatory burdens and significantly increased medication costs. We ask you to join us in speaking out against S.959 by contacting your legislators and telling them that you do not support any policy or law that does not reflect the importance of personalized medicine.

URGENT UPDATE: Proponents of U.S Senate Bill S.959 are pushing for a vote this week. We urge you to send a message to your legislators and let them know that you oppose this bill.
